Registration Information & Important Dates

On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially invite you to the XX International Roundtable of Nucleosides, Nucleotides and Nucleic Acids to be held in Montreal, Canada, August 5-9, 2012. The below information summarizes registration costs and dates, and also references costs associated with guests and the banquet dinner. During the registration process you will be able to add both a guest and the banquet as optional costs. If you require more specific assistance with group discounts and group table reservations please contact the Secretariat.

You have two registration and payment options available: registration with card payment or registration with bank transfer/Canadian Dollar cheque payment.
- For card payments, please follow this link. You will be directed to the website of our secretariat, Maggi Churchouse, where payment will be collected GB Pounds Sterling equivalent as she is based in the UK.
- For payment by bank transfer or Canadian Dollar cheque, please download a registration form (click here), and return your form to the secretariat.  We will send you an invoice for settlement within 30 days maximum and before the conference. Invoices will be in Canadian Dollars, and a $15 bank charge will be added to the invoice (as charged by our bank). 

Students:   To qualify for student rates, you should be an undergraduate or a PhD student.   Post-doctoral students should pay the non-student rates, please.
 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation before 20th July, 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds will not be possible after that date although substitutions are possible at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the meeting, fees paid will be refunded in full. Acknowledgements will be sent within two weeks.
